Went morel hunting near White Pass, Washington again today and found four pounds! I’m dehydrating half, gifting some and made this delicious dinner. Homemade tomato morel alfredo pasta with organic asparagus. Yum!

Ladydove and I spend a couple days apart a month, to clear our head/heart energies.  We’re doing that for a couple days.  This is my dinner surprise for the evening. Enchiladas, rum, cookies and love notes!

Ladydear made Muchin curry with rosemary sourdough naan bread tonight. Deliciousss.

Lake Tahoe camping dinner.  

Accidentally hit a squirrel on the way home from Crop Mob yesterday.  So, thus, figured I’d add it to my dinner plans to honor it’s life better than leaving it.

I’m attempting a new diet that consists only of “foraged” items.  This can include, edible plants, urban foraging, dumpster diving or donated items.  This is last nights dinner, consisting only of dumpstered items. 

Dumpstered four cheese pizza - added wild kudzu leaves, organic green peppers and tomatoes, basil and pepper + organic salad greens&tomatoes + beef steak.

Made a blended juice drink from two bags of oranges, a grapefruit, lemons, limes, carrots and ice.

I prepared and cooked a Red Snapper in the cob kitchen.  Miss Buzzard made her guacamole surprise.  Good days.
